Had 6 individuals out today after some serious messing about this week. For various reasons 6  separate people had to drop out. thankfully for the financial side of things everybody coughed up and I managed to fill spaces but it has made my mind up that in future I will have to take payment in full in advance to cover my self better.  This aside we were greeted with a nice day, there was a slight breeze to start with which fined away to sod all as the day went on along with plenty of sunshine too. I ended up with 2 groups of three aboard and the lads got on well which is always handy. The fishing wasn’t busy but it was fairly steady while the tide was running.  The roker were fairly small on average as we might expect this time of year but one or two better sized fish put a bend in the rod and along with a few dogfish and a nice smooth-hound to finish the day we were pleased with the 21 roker we had.
