Back out today and with a notch more wind to start with we opted to stay in the river. The usual whiting came out to start with until the tide got going and the first roker came out. mike managed to sneak out a dab before the tide got going and he then had a codling. We had a couple more roker here before we moved. The next mark produced lots of whiting and dogfish along with more roker up to slack water when we had a move. As the tide got going again the lads bought in more whiting and dogfish along with some nice roker and another codling for mike. We finished up with 23 roker lots of whiting and dogfish 2 codling and a dab. It was a nice day saved by the blackwater estuary. The lads did well and the fish were fairly evenly spread although mike and Stephen must have been top rods.
