Had a premier trip out today, I was joined by matt (who has been before), the two daves and regulars Stephen, andy and paul. The weather wasn’t bad and we had a mixture of bait so we pushed a fair way off today in the hope of something different.  We started the day off as expected with a steady stream of dogfish coming in. matt, dave and dave managed to find the first roker though. The other lads kept the ‘gallopers’ reputation up with plenty of dogfish coming out. after the turn of the tide the roker started to come out all around the boat and there were one or two better fish mixed in. there was also the odd small hound coming out before Stephen had the first spurdog.  Not that long after matt snuck out a spur too. We had a few more roker then stephen snuck another spur out before the end of the day. We finished up with 36 roker lots of dogfish, 5 hounds and 3 spurdogs.
