Had an evening trip tonight with Robert, Richard and sean hiring the boat. After a fairly hard days fishing I was grateful when the wind dropped away as we headed out. we got anchored up and the tide slowly got under way. It took a while for the first fish to come aboard but once it did the lads were soon pulling good numbers out. there were several double or even treble hook ups as the lads had some good sport for the evening. There were plenty of smaller males and several bigger girls coming out through out the tide. As the tide eased back the numbers of dogfish started to pick up and the numbers of roker dwindled a little so we started to head back home. The lads had done well though with around 30 roker coming in between the three of them on a lovely evening.
