Today we had 8 individuals aboard with varying degrees of experience. There was a fair breeze blowing which dictated where we would fish today. thankfully there have been a few fish about so we took a slow ride down and arrived as the first trickle of tide ran through. we started off with a couple of roker coming aboard. Then after several missed bites chris hooked up on his first hound of the day. We had a little flurry come through with 4 fish on the go at one time. There were some nice hounds amongst them with a few around the double figure mark coming in throughout the day. Despite some nice fish coming aboard it did feel slow with no dogfish or whiting in between to keep interest up. The main run of the tide saw a quiet spell in the fishing but we sat it out and picked one or two fish up on the last of the tide. We finished up with 17 hounds 5 roker and an eel for the day. Not busy but a nice days fishing none the less.
