We managed to nip out the other day with just a few lads on board. The weather wasn’t bad with sunshine most of the afternoon. The whiting numbers were down a bit on recent weeks, this could have been the small tides but to be honest we weren’t disappointed as it meant they were quit manageable. Just a couple of dogfish came out but we did find a few roker and the odd better one mixed in. nick was top rod with 5 roker him self, you may have seen nick’s face on here a fair bit lately as he has just got back into sea angling and is keen as mustard. Stephen Clarke was on board too and he too is one of the few keeping me going at this lean time of year. I have spaces between Christmas and new year and the current forecast looks good, fishing is still good and the kettle will be hot so if you’ve had enough of repeats on tv please give me a bell. I cant stop the repeats but I can take you fishing for the day and get you out of the house. Otherwise we would like to wish you a merry Christmas and hope to see you next year.
