august

there was plenty of wind over the last week that this report covers, this meant a couple of cancelled trips but those trips we did get out were better than expected. The weather held out each day and the fish played ball. We had a a few small hounds each day along with several dogfish which have moved inshore quite early this year. There were a few roker here and there along with the odd whiting and eel mixed in. we had some nice bass mixed in with the schoolies and the best went to Dave at 7.4lbs. Dave  also had one of the biggest hounds although we would of loved to have seen the one that got away! this mixed fishing should continue over the coming weeks and if we can get our offshore bass trips in we should see a few more decent fish too. I have a few spaces in September and several in October including a few offshore bass trips.
