Had 8 lads out today with most on the hire rods. The weather was good, we had a bit of breeze first thing which fined away to nothing.  First fish aboard was a whiting . this was followed by a couple of smooth-hounds and a roker by slack tide. We stayed put despite the slack water being dead but once the tide ran again we had some more fish move through. several more hounds and roker came out. biggest hound went 11-12lbs. we had a move for the last hour and had several more roker along with loosing several finished up with 6 hounds and 12 roker. Not a busy day but some nice fish coming out and some great lads aboard.
