Despite some rather unseasonable weather at times we have still been able to get all of our trips out of late. This is with exception of a few days I had to cancel as they coincided with our first child being born. For those that don’t already know I am pleased to announce our son Stanley arrived on 31/07 weighing 9.2lbs. both Stanley and Stacey are doing very well with a quick fishing trip at 4 days old and a couple of boat rides since. The first of many I am sure.

Back to the fishing and despite some of the weather we have still had some great fishing. the hounds are back on the feed with some great double figure fish showing once again. There have been surprising numbers of rays inshore too. Scott’s party managed over 30 on there trip with some nice fish amongst them too. We would normally expect numbers like this in the spring and Autumn so the lads will know roughly what to expect on their next trip in October. Dates for October and November are starting to fill up gradually now. I have had a steady trickle of inquiries for winter trips over the last couple of weeks so don’t leave it too long if you require specific dates. Although we lost most of last winter due to lockdowns. We would normally operate year round and intend to do so this year as normal.

We should see plenty more hounds and bass over the coming weeks as well as sneaking some other trips in too. If I cant get you out soon then please remember the bass will hang around offshore into November so please ask to get the best tides.
