Its so nice to see numbers of decent fish coming aboard consistently again. Its amazing to think that just 3 weeks ago we were starting to see signs of life and now it feels like spring is full steam ahead.

We have seen consistent numbers of roker inshore as we had hoped to by now. They come in all sizes from small maids to big pregnant females and plenty of males mixed in too.

There have been plenty of whiting and dogfish mixed in as well. Particularly of using worm baits. We have seen both in decent sizes too, if you like that sort of thing. Paul even caught a codling the other day too. We wont mention the size, just its existence is enough to put a smile on my face.

As long as the we don’t suffer a sudden drop in temperature things should continue to move in the right direction from now on. Lets make the most of these spring roker as before we know it the bass and hounds will move inshore,
