Back out today with some great weather and a premier trip. Most of the lads fish regularly with me apart from Andrew who was on his first trip. We made our way down and arrived for the last trickle of tide. Fishing didn’t get off to a flyer but a few roker and dogfish came out on the last trickle of tide. After the turn of the tide we had expected a nice run of fish but we still just picked up the odd one here and there. A few tide lines rammed with weed made things awkward too so we decided to put a move in. just a short ride later and we were anchored again. we had a steady run of fish throughout the rest of the day. The roker came through in flurries and were interspersed with a few dogfish and more and more whiting as the day went on. There were some chunky whiting between them too. By the time we headed home we had managed 30 roker between the six lads which we were pleased with.
