Headed out today with 8 individuals aboard, the weather was spot on and stayed like it all day too. Our first mark produced 2 roker early on but then we only saw a few whiting and dogfish over the turn of the tide. The tide turned and we still didn’t see any more roker so it was time for a move. The next mark produced a few fish early on then went quiet for a while as the tide pushed through. as the tide eased off I had planned a move but the fishing came on really well with a good run of roker along with plenty of whiting and a few dogfish too. Some of the whiting were quite chunky although we didn’t keep any. the roker varied from small maids to nice fish although the general stamp is far better than it was 6 weeks ago as we would expect. The fish were fairly evenly spread around the boat which was nice to see and by the end of the day we had managed a total of 25 roker
