I have a day out with uncle albert today fresh water fishing. We had a fairly late start and it was baking hot again but it was still nice to be out fishing. We chose a lake that we knew would still produce despite to bright, hot conditions. We both tried bottom baits through out the day and dave managed a good bream on his but other than that we had everything off of the surface. We had 6-10 carp each with most in double figures and a several of them around the 15lbs mark. We managed a few small roach and perch too. It was a great way to spend the day and nice to share it with wiskers too.
